Newsletter

When you sign up we store your email address, the consent wording you agreed to, the time you agreed and which form you used. We then email you a confirmation link (valid for 48 hours). You only receive the newsletter once you confirm. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.

Confirmed subscribers are stored with our email provider, Brevo, which sends the newsletter on our behalf. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. We never sell your data.

Your rights

To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, contact us. We delete it from both our records and Brevo.

Polls

Poll votes are stored with a random browser identifier and a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address used only to limit repeat voting — never your name, email or raw IP address.
